Soleil After Dark
Conversations on sex, trauma, and the body
This podcast is guided by passionate trauma and sex therapists who are willing to go where many conversations stop. We talk openly about sexuality, trauma, healing, intimacy, and the mind–body connection—especially the parts people are often taught to hide, minimize, or feel ashamed of. With warmth, clinical insight, and deep respect for lived experience, we explore what it means to be human in a body shaped by memory, desire, and survival.
Our hope is that Soleil After Dark feels like a grounded, stigma-free space—one that offers thoughtful dialogue, education, and moments of recognition for those carrying untold stories. This is a place for curiosity without judgment, honesty without pressure, and healing that unfolds at its own pace. Here, the shadows soften, the conversation deepens, and space opens for understanding, connection, and hope.
